Sugru arrived. And we spent a quality Saturday morning together fixing stuff. 

First of all, the charger. I just don't feel ready for another 85€ investment in a new one soon. 

Hope this postpones it.

 

I know there's no guarantee that this will hold. 

As that part of the foot is not the one I usually step on, there's a ray of light.

 

Melissa's were falling apart. 

So, now they have a layer of Sugru both below the sole and covering the cracked part of the heel. 

Unfortunately, I'd tossed the broken bow detail... I would have tried to put that one back too.

 

Both me and several shoe-fixing professionals have been repairing these for years. 

Now it's Sugru's turn.
